Irakli Bekauri, the director, is reported to have donated 60,000 GEL to the Georgian Dream political party. Publicly available information also links Vakhtang Karichashvili, who holds an 80% share in the company, as a business partner of Ucha Mamatsashvili, a relative of Bidzina Ivanishvili. It is also reported that Ucha Mamatsashvili is included on the sanctions list of Ukraine.
